    Very good, good speed and there's 4 tablets on at a time in my house.it was running but slow a few months ago either sent engineer out he didn't turn up but the speeds have been good again and received £50 for engineer missing my appointment

    4 years ago my TalkTalk was not at reliable. They sent an engineer who tuned the line and everything has been perfect since. The visit should have been free because there was no fault my end but they did charge me. However I rang them up, they admitted the mistake and refunded immediately. Be polite and understanding - we all make mistakes. I don't normally ring them I use their message service - again just be polite and patient and they will sort everything out. When my contract is up I message them and they sort out the best price without having to haggle (unlike Virgin). I've renewed my contract 3 times now and each time the price has got cheaper - they are very competitive. They also guarantee no price rises during your contract.

    Sorry to be the part pooper but I’ve been with TalkTalk for 10 years now. I have a constant broadband speed of 70Mbps for which I pay £19.95. The speed never drops and nor does the connection. Not ever. Last time I spoke to Customer Service was about four years ago. They resolved my issue quickly and accurately. I’m so impressed by the service I have received for the price paid that I’ve now signed up for Broadband 150. I am not expecting any problems.

    I moved house on the Saturday after lockdown and I cannot thank Talk Talk enough for the great service provided. When I phoned up about moving, I got brilliant service, and was moved to a better and more suitable contract. Also, because of the way Talk Talkalk is connected, I could still watch all my recordings on my Talk Talk box before connection. I got a call from a connecting engineer and he talked me through the process of connection. Then Talk Talk checked my lines for speed, and transferred my phone number without any problems. Thank you Talk Talk for being there for me during the start of lockdown when it was very hard to get any services.

    I actually would give TalkTalk a five star rating the Internet is so fast, I was actually in two minds with going with talk talk, I did make the right decision.

    I ordered the the broadband before I read the reviews in sept, I thought oh great, I got the upgrade for the same price as the lower one, but apart from open reach coming with the the wrong equipment which delayed it for a day it's been running perfect, fingers crossed, no complaints yet

    I’ve been with talk talk broadband for over a year,and have extended my contract for another year.Previously with Virgin,and there service was terrible,nowhere near the speeds they promised at top tier,and was constantly going down.Its this,it’s that,send you a new router,still same problems.Leaving,well,that call was almost as long as my 8 years with them. I had talk talk years ago when it first started up,and never had a problem. 15 months in,and it’s the best move I ever did,never had any problems,and the promised speed of 76mb is just that and some,I struggled to get 50 on virgin cable,when it was working.No throttling,and am very happy that they delivered what they promised.Thats just my review of the service they provide me.A very happy customer.

    Recently had a problem with stability of connection which caused speeds to drop. Your service enabled me to monitor the position and also show the Openreach engineers when they visited. I am not saying they didn't believe me but so much easier to show them the speed check history visually.

    I don't usually review anything, but my recent experience with TalkTalk was so impressive that I wanted to give my experience which was so different to many here.
    I did have a problem a year ago with my TT router dropping out. TT arranged for Openreach to check the cables and a new external drop line and box were fitted. It didn't cure the dropping out completely, so TT sent me a new router which worked perfectly. I've recently upgraded to fibre and TT's latest router on a very reasonable deal. Communication with TT was as good if not better than I've had from any utilities service provider and the end result is amazing. I'm so impressed I feel compelled to report that not every situation and experience is the same no matter who we deal with.

    have been with Talktalk for 18 months and broadband has been great, sometimes slower on evenings but can still watch films and play games on Playstation plus use iMac all at the same time with no dip in quality. We moved from BT who told me what a big mistake iwas making and that I'd be back with them in 3 months. No way! We've saved more than £30 a month and broadband is every bit as good. We are in a rural village too so I don't understand why so many people are unhappy with this provider.

    Seen so many people that are quick to leave a terrible review when they are having issues but not so fast to leave a good one when happy. I made the move to TalkTalk from BT cutting my bill down by almost 2/3. The speed is exactly what they promised and I am so happy with my choice even though I was hesitant due to the bad reviews. Great service!!

    I have slated this company in the past as had terrible customer service because it is outsourced. Went on to there twitter page and problem was resolved.

    Recently I upgraded and my new hub and speed is totally brilliant and the deal was £23.50 for 18 months with the new hub which looks in a different league to the old one!

    I signed up with Talktalk in January 2015 and can honestly say I never had a problem with them. On 3 occasions the line/broadband went down (2 of these caused by BT Openreach) each time the faults were dealt with fairly quickly. Now the price is going up at the end of my contract, so I am looking to get a new provider with a faster speed. However, having read reviews on other providers I may just stay where I am. (If it aint broke then don't fix it)

    I know many people seem to have problems with TalkTalk but that is not my experience at all. Every time I have contacted their overseas call centre I always get what I can only say is 'world class' service and that is not me being naive or an irregular user. Much better than my experience with any UK based call centres. Always knowledgeable and they follow up issues. Perhaps I must be just luckly. I have had horrific experinces with BT and 'so-called' BT companies who have mis-sold services to me in the past. I deeply regret giving in to the BT sales pitch about 10 years ago and thankfully was back to TalkTalk within 3 months (with compensation payments from BT for mis-selling).

    Talk Talk are a Company that cares about their customers. I was given excellent service they were able to resolve my problem and I was highly impressed by the office staff who dealt with my difficulty the lady went that extra mile to resolve the problem that had occurred. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

    I have found TT perfectly OK, apart from the October scam last year (which I spotted straight away) TT has served me well. Price wise can not be beaten, speed for fast fibre is good. Whenever I need customer support (which is rare) always satisfied me. I know TT has had some bad feedback BUT I talk as I find. I have NO connection with TT just a satisfied customer.

    After some initial problems I eventually got in touch with someone called Anita and I cuold not fault her S he solved the problem the following day She is a credit to talk talk it is a shame the rest of the people I spoke to are not as efficient Look after her and your company will be a lot better for it.     We've just migrated from BT Infinity and were nervous about our choice given the poor reviews of talk talk and EE whom we were choosing between.
    TalkTalk have been excellent.
    They delivered everything when they promised. We had a small DNS issue which they have resolved immediately and were available at the end of a phone on the 3 times I called them. Yes its an offshore customer service desk, but they know what theyre talking about and they answer the phone and that's what counts.
    We are achieving 38MBPS consistently and this is more than enough for video conferencing, tv and video streaming and all our needs.
    Strongly recommend Talk Talk.

    I have found Talk Talk to be the cheapest and most reliable, never having a problem and managing to upgrade and getting a great deal! I had Sky which kept dropping the internet so found the next cheapest and has been great!

    I don't know why people moan about talk talk, I have a brilliant deal with unlimited broadband, unlimited calls 24/7 to landlines and mobiles, all for £27 a month and if I have had to contact them, they have always been polite, knowledgeable and the problem resolved. I don't know my broadband speed but it seems pretty satisfactory - everything is instant. .

    Short review as only just switched from BT.
    Set up, start to finish very easy,plug in and off you go on line.
    Wi-fi signal 30% stronger than BT, can watch Netflix at the bottom of the garden now.
    Better price for broadband and phone costs from talktalk.
    Easy to switch.

    Having been a customer of both sky and virgin before joining TalkTalk I can honestly say I am delighted with the service. It's cheaper, more reliable and faster, I have had no problems. Thank you, would recommend TalkTalk to everyone.

    I was initially with Vodaphone broadband but I left them as the connection was awful. I switched to talk talk and I have to say I don't think I will ever go back to any other broadband. My broadband was installed on the day it was supposed to right on time, the engineer was very friendly and quick. It said in the leaflet that it would take a few days for the connection to be strong however the connection was fantastic a few hours after he installed it. Connection also comes everywhere in the house and my house is a decent size. Over all very please with the service and product, would certainly recommend it if you are looking for something affordable and reliable!

    I'm not one to review, but felt compelled to with regard to my talk talk broadband. My contract with another, shall we say 'leading internet provider' and looked around a bit for a better deal. Long story short I chose Talk Talk and tentatively signed up. Fast forward a month, the speed is as fast as my previous provider and (here's the really good bit) it is HALF THE PRICE! I really couldn't be more pleased, and had to share it with people who are midst searching..

    Been with talk talk for years now, left BT as there service was terrible they limited my broadband speeds all the time and would not admit it. In the end I decided to switch looked around and not trusting any providers I went with the cheapest which at the time was talk talk, started with there adsl service wasn't quite as fast as what BT provided us but they didn't limit speeds at all so was very happy. Then I moved to another area switching my service to another house was super simple decided to go to fibre wanted the fastest they provided but the lady on the phone advised me that in my area the medium fibre was the fastest they could offer so it would be cheaper for the same service (was very pleased with this) since having there fibre still not throttling my speeds at all and has been reliable the whole time. Then Thursday last week my phone and BB stopped working, left it Thursday thinking maybe it will get fixed, Friday no joy so phoned up Friday about 5pm all automated just gave my phone number, they immediately diverted calls to my mobile. I didn't expect anything to happen over the weekend as I assumed it was a line fault, first thing Monday morning engineer turns up at the door and two hours later it's fixed. As it turns out it was BT open reach that had used my line for someone else's house. The only thing that talk talk could do to improve my service would be to get rid of BT all together (I know this isn't possible)

    I've been with bt for 30 years paying a fortune every month.
    Switched to talk talk. Equipment delivered, plugged straight into existing boxes, Internet immediately, saving £15 per month now. Very pleased, wish I'd done it years ago.

    Had talktalk a week and so far can't fault anything. Just a bit tricky to set up but I'm not an electrical/cable/wire person. No issues with broadband what so ever and TV package is really good. Was a bit unsure due to reading bad reviews but at half the price of other providers, can't fault it. Glad I changed. Plenty of good films on the cinema channel.

    I guess that I must be the exception that proves the rule. Change over from BT (at least three price rises in a year) due for 26 July 18 equipment arrived on 24 July 18. I can honestly say that I did not notice the change over, except for my landline going down for 5 mins. On contract for 68 meg+ checked my speed half an hour after the change over presumably took place, I was getting 58.4 and that should increase over the coming days. At this point 18 hours in I am that most exclusive of customers completely satisfied.

    I had the pleasure of speaking to customer service provider Mary - Jane, she not only conducted herself to the highest of standards but was extremely polite and helpful. I had the issue that needing sorting fixed within a matter of minutes and all her best efforts were focused towards ensuring i was happy with the service and protecting my services in the future.     renewed my contract for the fastest fibre a few months ago. have had absolutely no problems with talk talk. the service has been fast with an average 50mbps and no dropouts. only used their customer service when negotiating renewal and a week ago when orering the new wifi hub, everything was very efficient. would recommend them to any user.

    Since joining TalkTalk fibre broadband I have consistantly had over the 38meg speed that they offer, albeit just 1 or 1 1/2meg. their customer service has been friendly and also efficient, so I have no gripes at all with my supplier.

    Can't really comment on customer service as I've never had to contact them. I've had the faster fibre (38Mb) for just over a week now and haven't had a problem at all. After reading the reviews here I was worried about switching so have been closely monitoring the speed with regular speed test. Generally it sits at about 35-37Mb/s, I'd say about 95% of the time it's at this speed. Sometimes during peak times it dips to about 20 and once it went down to 14. Never had to reset the router and I get good signal to my phone all over the flat. Couldn't be happier that I switched.

    From the start Talktalk have been amazing and I have have never had such a great service from a telecommunications company. They kept me upto date by text and email every step of the way. Now they have cancelled my EE service and I'm 8 days in my Talktalk which includes fibre, landline calls and a sim card. Straight out of the box it ran 26mb/s but after a week of them tweaking it I am now running 37mb/s. I'm so pleased I changed to Talktalk they have been perfect and the services and speeds are great. I will be staying with them and I've never been happier.
